What is the minimum weight for air freight?

Accepted Answer

Our minimum chargeable weight for air cargo is 10 kg. For shipments under 10 kg, the flat minimum charge applies.

How is volumetric weight calculated for bulky items?

Accepted Answer

If your parcel is light but large (e.g. boxed televisions or bulky luggage), airlines calculate volumetric weight as (Length cm x Width cm x Height cm) / 6000. You are charged based on whichever is higher between actual weight and volumetric weight.
